Bryan Atherton, CCIM president of Atherton & Associates and Richard Rhatigan , vice president, have completed a land lease with Colony Grill. The size of the completed premises will be 4,993 s/f and a 10 year term was negotiated. Some of the existing building will be demolished to make room for a patio in the rear.
Both Atherton and Rhatigan utilized their CCIM skills in order to analyze the deal from a lease vs. buy analysis. Construction has begun and Colony Pizza should be open for business in 10 months.
