ASM takes The International by storm

As this column goes to press, nearly 280 ASM golfers and guests gathered at the prestigious International Golf Club for the 18th Annual ASM Golf Tournament, the association's most important FUNdraiser of the year. It is our best turnout ever - completely sold out, with over 100 sponsors - a sure sign that the economy is coming back strong! Of course, our new venue might also have something to do with it, with two championship golf courses including one of the most challenging courses in the world. Adding to the excitement of the day was several new contests, and a reprise of last year's phenomenal long drive exhibition by national champions, Trez Simmons and Jeff Farley. Highlight of the dinner program at the end of the day will be the presentation of this year's Scholarship Awards, which are funded by proceeds from the event. We congratulate the three outstanding students who are recipients of this year's awards: Stephen DiGiusto of Braintree, sponsored by McGladrey (Charlestown); Elizabeth Magill of North Attleboro, sponsored by Wayne J. Griffin Electric (Holliston); and Allison Rivard of Lunenburg, sponsored by N.B. Kenney (Devens). Also on tap was a special award presentation to our long-time golf committee chair, Steven Kenney of NB Kenney.

When it comes to corporate interior spaces for both commercial and industrial projects, partnering with a design-build firm with in-house interior design services can offer clients many benefits.
