Ashland, MA Marlene Aron, senior associate broker of Metrowest Commercial Real Estate represented the seller, Laminate LLC, of a 9,965 s/f industrial condominium located at Commerce Park, 200 Butterfield Dr. 

The complex, built in 1985, is located over the Framingham town line off of Rte. 126.

The selling price was $765,000.

Avison Young represented the buyer, Northpoint 230 LLC.  The unit will be used by a printing business.
