Aron of MetroWest Commercial Real Estate represents Assembleia Deus Colheita in $1.1 million purchase

Framingham, MA Marlene Aron, senior broker at MetroWest Commercial Real Estate (MWCRE), has represented the buyer, Assembleia Deus Colheita, in the purchase of 115 Edgebrook St. The 6,500 s/f church building is located on 2 acres and contains a 3 bedroom residence. The property sold for $1.1 million. The value of the church building was $113.62 per s/f.

Nelson Zide, of ERA Realty represented the seller, The Church of Nazarene of Framingham.

Aron has represented many non-profits and religious organizations during her 33 year career. “I enjoy many different aspects of commercial real state brokerage including retail, office and industrial sales and leasing. I find that helping to guide non-profits and religious groups that are mission driven very rewarding,” said Aron.

Financing was provided by Needham Bank.
