Framingham, MA A 2,633 s/f office building located at 349 Union Ave. has been sold for $467,500. Marlene Aron of Metrowest Commercial Real Estate represented the seller, Audio Visual Management. Tom Slayton of Centre Realty Group represented the buyer, who will occupy the building with its company, Pestex, Inc.

The same seller has the adjacent 5,000 s/f office building available for sale now at $624,900. With 19 parking spaces, landscaped grounds, updated symptons, new windows and many other updates, it is one of the Framingham’s premiere properties.

Aron said, “Rarely does such a well-maintained property come on the market.”
