Aron of Metrowest Commercial leases 4,414 s/f to Kuchnir Dermatology
Marlene Aron of Metrowest Commercial Real Estate leased 4,414 s/f to Kuchnir Dermatology & Dermatologic Surgery at 125 Newbury St., a 33,495 s/f single-story building close to Mass Pike exit 13. The new location will be custom built for the practice.
Scott Hughes of New Dover Associates represented the lessor, HCLP Newbury LLC and Scarlata-Wood Newbury LLC.
Aron said, "After an extension search, 125 Newbury was chosen due to its convenient location, medical co-tenants including Framingham Pediatrics and great leasing terms. Scott Hughes and the ownership represented by Daniel Candee, were great to work with."
