Armata of Macmillan and Son arranges two leases for Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Centers

Andrew Armata of Macmillan and Son Commercial Real Estate has secured two additional retail leases representing one of Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Centers largest franchisees. The two spaces have opened at Berkshire Plaza 67 Newtown Rd. in Danbury in cooperation with David Hawley of Hawley Companies and Town Line Plaza 533 South Broad St. in Meriden with Richard Korris of InSight Retail. These transactions join six other relocations for which Armata has represented the tenant in West Springfield and Wilbraham, MA, and in Connecticut; Farmington, Enfield, South Windsor, and Waterford. "These relocations allow the branches to double client capacity and provide convenient access at popular commercial centers. Andrew is a valuable asset to our team helping us complete our projects," said to Rick Frasier, president of Frasier Enterprises.
