Ardente of Residential Properties Ltd. represents Ardente Supply in $2.1 million purchase of 11 Brooks Drive
Ardente Supply, a Providence-based plumbing and HVAC supplier, has purchased the property at 11 Brooks Dr. for $2.1 million. Ardente Supply will relocate its Boston-area operations to the new property.
Ardente Supply was represented by Christina Ardente of Residential Properties Ltd., while NAI Hunneman executive vice presidents JP Plunkett and Cathy Minnerly, and associate Ovar Osvold represented the seller, KS Properties.
The building contains 30,000 s/f of space, including 10,000 s/f of office space, and 20,000 s/f of warehouse and flex space.
