Angel of Angel Commercial completes 13,434 s/f flex lease

Milford, CT Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial, L.L.C., completed the lease of 13,434 s/f of industrial flex space at 333 Quarry Rd. to Hayward Turnstiles, Inc., a turnstile manufacturer.

“Hayward Turnstiles, Inc.’s has been operating their manufacturing facility on Wampus Lane for over 40 years,” said Angel, who represented the tenant in this transaction. “Less than three miles away from their headquarters, the additional space on Quarry Road allows them to expand their business and remain in Milford.”

Angel Commercial is a full-service real estate brokerage firm headquartered in Fairfield County, Conn.

The company specializes in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of office, industrial, multi-family and retail properties on a local and national level.
