Angel Commercial sells 165 Benton Street in Stratford for $500,000
Angel Commercial L.L.C., completed the sale of 165 Benton St., a 3,300 s/f industrial building and .31 acres of vacant land adjacent to the building, to Mr.Handyman of Upper Fairfield County from Modern Welding for $500,000.
Modern Welding owned and operated as a welding service company for 36 years from this Benton St. location.
Mr. Handyman has been servicing Greater Fairfield County since 2004 with a Fairfield location and this acquisition results in a second office in Fairfield County.
"Mr. Handyman was looking for a Stratford location and this property offered them the space and parking they required for their expanding business," said Brett Sherman, senior vice president, Angel Commercial. Sherman represented the purchaser and Jon Angel, president, Angel Commercial, represented the seller in this transaction.
