Angel Commercial leases 3,500 s/f to Yellow Brick Real Estate at One Post Rd.

Fairfield, CT According to Angel Commercial, LLC, Yellow Brick Real Estate has leased 3,500 s/f of waterfront office space on the third floor at One Post Rd.

“The building’s occupancy rate is over 95%,” said Jon Angel, president of Angel Comm’l., who was the landlord representative in this transaction. “With 283 linear feet of frontage on Post Rd., the 30,300 s/f waterfront office building has great visibility and features a boardwalk overlooking Ash Creek.”

Other tenants in the building include Beers, Hammerman, Cohen & Burger PC; Columbia Mental Health; Old Republic National Title Insurance Co.; Penfield Search Partners; Regenerating Solutions; and Qualitest.
