Angel Commercial handles $440,000 sale and 6,000 s/f lease in Stratford
Angel Commercial LLC, has sold 816 Honeyspot Rd. for $440,000 to Hawley Management Group and the subsequent lease of 6,000 s/f of space within the 8,000 s/f industrial building to Stonehenge Marble and Granite LLC.
Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial, represented the seller, Bove Enterprises LLC, and Patrick Bourque, sales associate, represented both the purchaser/landlord, Hawley Management Group and the tenant, Stonehenge Marble and Granite.
Bourque said, "The success of this deal was made possible by matching the needs of our clients. In this case, we were able to match a client looking to dispose of an asset with a buyer seeking an investment property with a tenant searching for a new location. It was a win-win situation for all parties and with Stonehenge Marble and Granite immediately occupying 75% of the building, only 2,000 s/f of space remains available for lease."
Located less than ½ mile from I-95, (Exit 30), with an onsite bus stop, and less than 2 miles from Metro North Railroad (Stratford Station), it a very attractive site for industrial users.
Providence, RI Shawmut Design and Construction celebrated the ceremonial groundbreaking for the 195 District Park Pavilion, marking the start of construction on a facility that will feature year-round dining and support space for park operations.
