Angel Commercial closes $1.575m sale of 20,120 s/f industrial property

Milford, CT Angel Commercial, LLC, a leader in commercial real estate services, has closed on an industrial property located at 435 Woodmont Rd. The property was acquired by Team Woody LLC for a purchase price of $1.575 million, with Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial, LLC, representing the seller in this transaction. The New York-based buyer was represented by Sovereign, LLC, and intends to use the building for their own business operations, adding to the business community.

“435 Woodmont Rd. was the home to Reliable Tool for several decades, and that business has since relocated. The building consists of 20,120 s/f with full HVAC, 3,000 s/f of office space, a loading dock, and an overhead for convenient access,” said Angel, president at Angel Commercial, LLC. “We continue to see a low inventory of available space for sale as well as for lease and expect this latest acquisition to impact the local economy positively.”

The property at 435 Woodmont Rd. is situated within the Milford Industrial Area, minutes from the U.S. Post Office Hub, banks, shopping, restaurants, and hotel.
