Angel Commercial, LLC brokers industrial
warehouse sale for $1.6 million

Bridgeport, CT Angel Commercial, LLC, a leading commercial real estate brokerage, has completed the sale of an industrial warehouse at 1859 Commerce Dr., for $1.6 million. The property was sold by Theodore and Eleanor Bresky and acquired by Yury Berson.

This 23,652 s/f industrial facility, home to Henry Bresky & Sons, a family-owned food distribution company since 1955, represents a milestone in the industrial landscape. Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial, LLC, and the sole broker in this transaction, said, “Preserving the legacy of a 68-year-old family business, this sale is a testament to Bridgeport’s entrepreneurial spirit. It’s an honor to have played a role in finding a new chapter for this historic industrial building.”

Located near the Fairfield border, with 170 ft. of Commerce Dr. frontage, the 1859 Commerce Dr. is placed near educational institutions. It has drive-in doors, loading docks, and a 24’ x 26’ cooler and freezer.

“I appreciate Jon’s perseverance in locating qualified buyers and working with us throughout the process,” said Ted Bresky. “It has made this bittersweet closing of a long-time family-owned business a good experience.”

1859 Commerce Dr. is situated just 1/8th of a mile from I-95 (Exit 25), 1.7 miles to Rte. 8 / 25 Connectors, and 4.6 miles to the Merritt Pkwy., with access to public transportation.
