Angel Commercial brokers $440,000 sale for Hawley Management Group

Angel Commercial L.L.C., completed the sale of 816 Honeyspot Rd., for $440,000 to Hawley Management Group and the subsequent lease of 6,000 s/f of space within the 8,000 s/f industrial building to Stonehenge Marble and Granite L.L.C. Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial, represented the seller, Bove Enterprises L.L.C., and Patrick Bourque, sales associate, represented both the purchaser/landlord, Hawley Management Group and the tenant, Stonehenge Marble and Granite. Bourque said, "The success of this deal was made possible by matching the needs of our clients. In this case, we were able to match a client looking to dispose of an asset with a buyer seeking an investment property with a tenant searching for a new location. It was a win-win situation for all parties and with Stonehenge Marble and Granite immediately occupying seventy five percent of the building, only 2,000 s/f of space remains available for lease." The property is located less than ½ mile from I-95, (exit 30), with an onsite bus stop, and less than 2 miles from Metro North Railroad (Stratford Station). Angel Commercial, L.L.C. is a full-service real estate brokerage firm headquartered in Fairfield County, Connecticut that specializing in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of office, industrial, multi-family and retail properties on a national level.
