It was a win-win situation for all parties and with Stonehenge Marble and Granite immediately occupying seventy five percent of the building, only 2,000 s/f of space remains available for lease." The property is located less than ½ mile from I-95, (exit 30), with an onsite bus stop, and less than 2 miles from Metro North Railroad (Stratford Station). Angel Commercial, L.L.C. is a full-service real estate brokerage firm headquartered in Fairfield County, Connecticut that specializing in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of office, industrial, multi-family and retail properties on a national level.
