Angel Commercial brokers $3.9 million sale of 49,625 s/f flex building

According to Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial L.L.C., the firm completed the sale of a 49,625 s/f flex building at 100 Washington St. to investment company, 100 Washington Street LLC, for $3.9 million. 100 Washington St. was built in 2000 as a single tenant building. Over the years the building has had multiple tenants until recently when Thinklogical, who originally occupied half of the building, expanded to absorb the entire 49,625 s/f. Thinklogical is a privately owned, global manufacuturer of secure, high performance signal extension and switching systems and is headquarted at this Milford address. Angel represented both the seller, KC Cubed LLC, and purchaser in this transaction. Angel said, "100 Washington Street was built as a state-of-the-art facility. With it's raised floor computer suite, under floor radiant heating, humidifiers, and high efficiency lighting, the investors recognized the quality construction and amenities this building offers and were able to see the long term potential in this property."
