Angel Commercial brokers 1,800 s/f to Mathnasium

Darien CT Jon Angel, president of commercial real estate company Angel Commercial, completed the long term lease of 1,800 s/f at 15 Corbin Dr., to Mathnasium, a franchised math learning center. Due to the success of Mathnasium of Fairfield, David Lubner, owner/center director of the Fairfield location, chose to open a second center. "I chose Darien because I believe it is a community that values education and their children's wellbeing. It was a real pleasure working with Angel Commercial. It felt like they were looking out for my best interests as well as their clients", states Lubner. Mathnasium specializes in teaching math skills to students from pre-school through to college. Students follow a program designed for their own individual needs and receive one-on-one guidance from a qualified Mathnasium tutor.
