Angel Commercial brokers $1.1m sale for Dimensions in Glass

Dimensions in Glass, Inc. has leased 4,200 s/f at 301 Commerce Dr. Dimensions in Glass is a full service residential and commercial glazing contractor, specializing in top of the line shower enclosures, steam rooms, glass door panels, mirrors and glass vanity and counter installations. The new location will house a showroom, corporate offices and warehouse space. Jon Angel of Angel Commercial represented both parties in the transaction. Dimensions in Glass' move was precipitated by the sale of its previous building, 340 Post Rd. for $1.1 million to Team Synergy, LLC. The subject property was not on the market, but according to Angel, "Well located properties of this type continue to attract the attention of end users despite the challenging economic climate we are currently experiencing." The new owner plans to renovate the building and use the facility as a personal training and fitness center. The primary factors for selecting this location were its close proximity to downtown Fairfield as well as the Post Rd. frontage.
