Angel Commercial arranges 1,500 s/f long-term lease at Fairfield Shopping Center

Fairfield, CT Angel Commercial, LLC has arranged a long-term lease signing with Haven Hot Chicken, LLC for approximately 1,500 s/f at the Fairfield Shopping Center, located at 837-923 Post Rd. The lease was facilitated by Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial, LLC, representing the landlord, Post Benson Corporation, and Alliance Properties, representing the tenant.

“Haven Hot Chicken brings an original flavor to Fairfield, and we are thrilled to have facilitated this leasing agreement,” said Angel. “As Haven Hot Chicken sets its roots here, it joins a community of dynamic and successful businesses at the Fairfield Shopping Center. We believe they will be a major draw for the center, adding to the vibrant and diverse dining options available to the Fairfield community.”

With six other locations in Connecticut, Haven Hot Chicken is set to spice up Fairfield’s food scene with its authentic Nashville Hot Chicken, offering five heat levels to cater to every palate. Founded by a team of local culinary talents, Haven Hot Chicken is dedicated to perfecting the art of hot chicken and southern cuisine.

The Fairfield Shopping Center enjoys a prime location within a retail corridor enhanced by the planned opening of a new Restoration Hardware Outlet. Formerly housing a Jenny Craig storefront, the 907 Post Rd. location offers Haven Hot Chicken visibility and access to a diverse customer base. The center has a strategic location at the intersection of Post Rd. and South Benson Rd., offering easy access and visibility and parking for 365 vehicles. With a legacy spanning over six decades, the Fairfield Shopping Center has been a mainstay of the community and remains well-maintained and efficiently operated.

Haven Hot Chicken joins a cadre of established tenants at the center, contributing to a thriving marketplace near national retailers and excellent transportation links, including two Metro-North Train Stations and a Greater Bridgeport Transit bus stop. The center’s location and the shuttle services provided by Fairfield University and Sacred Heart University make it an even more attractive location for businesses.
