Amper of Capstone Properties brokers two leases totaling 17,000 s/f
Capstone Properties
North Attleboro, MA Neil Amper, SIOR, vice president of Capstone Properties has leased an 8,000 s/f building located at 160 Park St. The space was leased to Mass Coating, a Korean company that does industrial painting.
Amper also leased 9,000 s/f on 3.25 acres of land located at 1801 Fall River Ave. in Seekonk to Grande Masonry. The property was previously used as a trucking terminal.
