Amodio & Co Real Estate leases 2,070 s/f of medical office space
Bloomfield, CT Amodio & Co Real Estate has completed the long-term lease of 2,070 s/f of medical related office space at 222 Wintonbury Ave., to Connecticut headquartered, Cattleya, LLC. which provides services to people with disabilities.
Amodio & Co Real Estate represented the tenant and landlord, Seabury At Home, Inc. in this transaction.
