Alvarado of Parsons Commercial Group brokers 8,804 s/f lease for School Year Abroad
Marci Alvarado, vice president at Parsons Commercial Group, recently represented School Year Abroad (SYA) in a new lease for 8,804 s/f of office space at 120 Water St. The landlord, RCG North Andover Mills, LLC represented themselves.
SYA is a high school study abroad program that was founded in 1964. They operate programs in China, France, Italy and Spain.
They will be moving their headquarters from Lawrence to North Andover at the end of this summer.
