Alvarado and Quinlan of SVN | Parsons Commercial Group handle 12,000 s/f renewal

Acton, MA On behalf of ADITAS, LLC, SVN | Parsons Commercial Group (SVN-PCG) completed the lease renewal and expansion of Microbiology Research Associates, Inc. (MRA) at 33 Nagog Park.

MRA has committed to leasing over 12,000 s/f of office and lab space at the property. They have been a tenant in the building for more than 17 years and have gradually grown within the building during their tenancy.

Marci Alvarado, senior advisor at SVN-PCG who represented the landlord, said, “MRA, has made a significant investment into their space and they are committed to staying in the building. The ownership is pleased that they have chosen to remain at the property.”

The tenant was represented by Matt Quinlan, also of SVN in conjunction with Carlson Commercial of Minnesota. 

Quinlan said, “MRA has made a significant commitment to make 33 Nagog Park their home for the foreseeable future. The renewal/expansion will accommodate their needs for years to come.”

SVN-PCG is a commercial real estate firm based in Framingham, Massachusetts. The company is a leading provider of commercial real estate services including, leasing (tenant and landlord representation), investment sales, property management, development and construction management services.
