Brookline, MA SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston has leased 7,656 s/f at 209 Harvard St. The building is the home to predominantly medical office tenants. Senior advisors, Marci Alvarado and Jake Parsons, represented the landlord, CMS Partners. The tenant, The Center for Pediatric Dental Care & Orthodontics, was represented by Matt Kolcum of Carr Healthcare Realty.

The Center for Pediatric Dentistry was looking to relocate as well as expand their practice.

“On behalf of the ownership, we are pleased to announce that the Center for Pediatric Dental Care & Orthodontics is leasing the entire second floor at 209 Harvard St. The growing practice is relocating from Beacon St. in Brookline. “The property’s convenient location and access to public transportation as well as the proximity to their existing patients is partly what attracted them to 209 Harvard St. The new office is scheduled to open in early 2018,” said Alvarado.
