The one-story, wood-framed building will include 60 resident rooms, resident common areas including dining rooms, sun porches, activity rooms, and memory care gardens. The building will include public and administrative areas made up of a multipurpose room, parlor, café, private dining room, commercial kitchen, laundry facilities and administrative offices. "We deeply value our relationship with Sandy River Company and are proud to be part of their new state-of-the-art facility," said Matt Cook, president.
