Jeff Allaire of ERA Key Commercial represented the sellers John, Marye & Richard Ruzila of New Jersey in the sale of the former Ruzila's Express trucking terminal located at 1 Federal St. The property was sold for $235,000.
Ruzila's has operated a truck transfer station at the location for 39 years.
Michael Tessier of Coldwell Banker represented the buyer, J & T Property Management, LLC.
J & T intends to lease the property to the Tire Doctor, LLC a retail vendor of various auto and truck tires.
The property is 1.33 acres of commercial land with a 4 bay truck terminal on site.
