Jeff Allaire of ERA Key Commercial represented the tenant Mark Altman & Associates in a 26,500 s/f lease at 428 Main St.
Mark Altman & Associates is a provider of printing & mailing solutions.
428 Main is an 81,000 s/f flex facility with a mix of offices, production space and high bay warehouse.
Bret O'Brien, Joel Aho and Dylan Connelly of O'Brien Commercial Properties represented the landlord, Main Hudson Realty Trust, in the transaction. O'Brien Commercial Properties is the exclusive listing broker of this property.
