Akelius acquires 320 D Street and 339 D Street, South Boston

Boston, MA In two separate transactions, Akelius acquired two adjacent properties in South Boston. 320 D St., also known as West Sq., and 339 D St. were built in 2014 and comprise of 255 and 24 apartments, respectively. The booming neighborhood is located in the central portion of Boston with a good supply of shops and cafés.

The acquisitions are Akelius’ first in Boston. After the acquisition Akelius owns 14 properties with 1,206 units in the USA.

Jordan Milewicz, Country Manager U.S. said, “The high-quality properties are in a prime location. The community has a Walkscore of 98 out of 100, and the properties offer a better living for residents and are therefore a perfect match for Akelius.”
