Ajemian and Ruth of Sherin and Lodgen represent Highland First Solar in purchase/installation

Sherin and Lodgen's Environmental Practice Group represented Highland First Solar LLC in connection to the purchase, installation, and financing of a photovoltaic installation on the roof of a warehouse building. Sherin and Lodgen attorneys, Ani Ajemian and Ronald Ruth managed the drafting and negotiation of the applicable lease agreement, corporate structure, utility agreements, federal grant-related issues, and securing a loan in the amount of $2.5 million to finance the project. The deal closed on January 10.
