Hyannis, MA Brian Ahrens and Matt Nadler of Horvath & Tremblay have procured the buyer to complete the sale of 700 Main St. Ahrens worked exclusively with the local 1031 exchange buyer to fulfill his exchange requirement. The property closed at a sale price of $1.6 million. Located in downtown on Main St. also known as “Cape Cod’s Downtown,” 700 Main is a retail/office building near the West-end rotary. The first floor retail suites include the newly renovated Bistro de Soleil restaurant and Salon 700 & Day Spa. A new 60 month lease was signed by the U.S. Government, who will occupy the second floor office suites.

The property offers ample parking for customers, excellent curb appeal and a highly sought after Main St. address.
