Aho Properties sells two properties for $3.258 million - including the sale of 200 Turnpike Rd. in Southboro, MA for $1.6 million.

Southboro, MA Aho Properties LLC recently sold two off market properties in the boroughs 495 market. Joel Aho, president of Aho Properties, represented ownership and dealt directly with the buyer in selling 200 Turnpike Rd. in Southboro for $1.6 million. The sale comes less than one year after Aho represented ownership in buying the property for $1.135 million. The new buyer has plans to create a contractor yard at the property.

3 Mill Street Central - Marlborough, MA

In a second transaction, Aho represented the buyer, Pascal’s Realty LLC, and sourced the deal directly off market to complete the sale of a mixed use industrial and multi-family investment property located at 83 Mill St. Central in Marlborough for $1.658 million. The property consists of 14,170 s/f of industrial bays as well as a four unit multifamily building all located on just under one acre. These two sales follow a 61,130 s/f industrial lease at 150 Hayes Memorial Dr. in Northboro where Aho represented the tenant that was also completed in the last several months.
