Aho Properties completes four sales in Massachusetts totaling
$13.675 million - brings total sales for 2022 to over $23 million

Joel Aho

Marlboro, MA Joel Aho, president of Aho Properties, was involved in $13.675 million of commercial real estate sales in the towns of Marlboro, Northborough, Littleton and Ayer, Mass. These sales bring the total sales for 2022 to over $23 million.

5 Goddard Road - Northborough, MA

Aho represented the buyer in the purchase of an 8,214 s/f auto related building on 0.76 acres of land at 492 South St. in Marlboro in September for $1.5 million. The buyer owns Harlen’s Auto Center located just up the street from the property and wanted to buy a property for his company’s use. Jeff Lefebvre of George & Company represented the seller.

75 Groton School Road - Ayer, MA

Aho Properties then represented the seller of a 68-unit multifamily complex at 75 Groton School Rd. in Ayer. Aho sourced the property off market and procured the buyer directly in the $7.7 million sale that closed in October. The seller’s family had built the complex originally, and he decided to sell it being that he was living out of state with some management changes possibly coming in the future.

In another off market October sale, Aho Properties represented the buyer CMH Littleton LLC in the purchase of two industrial sites at 205 and 215 Taylor St. in Littleton for $2.175 million. 205 Taylor has an 11,000 s/f self-storage/contractor facility on 1.14 acres and 215 Taylor has a residential duplex on 0.33 acres. The buyer is using the property as a branch location for his company JC Grounds Management as well as continuing to operate the storage and rental business.

Aho of Aho Properties along with Bret O’Brien and James Keefe of Greater Boston Commercial Properties co-listed and sold 5 Goddard Rd. in Northborough in October for $2.3 million. The new construction 9,464 s/f industrial building on 2.32 acres was purchased by the owner of Precision Heating and Cooling for the business to occupy. Karen Laflamme of Keller Williams Pinnacle MetroWest represented the buyer.
