Aho of O’Brien Commercial Properties reps TMX Property in $4.899m purchase

Northboro, MA Joel Aho of O’Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. represented TMX Property, LLC in the purchase of the property at 70 Bearfoot Rd. for $4.899 million. The 60,800 s/f building is fully occupied by The Hope Group who executed a long term lease as part of a sale/leaseback of the property. The buyer purchased the property as the buy side of a 1031 exchange after selling 70 Cedar Hill St. in Marlboro, as two separate condos at a total sale price of $1,743,650. Aho also represented TMX Property, LLC in the sales of the two 72 Cedar Hill St. condos while procuring the buyer directly.

In addition, Aho completed the sale of a 1.42 acre piece of vacant industrial land at 100 Bearfoot Rd. to Steven MacDonald for $195,000. Aho was both the owner and selling agent on the sale. MacDonald planned to develop the site for his landscape business.
