Advance Realty CT and DAmato Realty complete $810,000 sale at 1001 Farmington Ave.
Bristol, CT Advance Realty CT, LLC and DAmato Realty completed the sale of a multi-tenant, professional office building located at 1001 Farmington Ave., Rte. 6.
The 11,702 s/f building sold for $810,000. Joel Witkiewicz, CCIM from Advance Realty CT, LLC represented the seller, Bristol Properties, Inc. and Kyle Meccariello of DAmato Realty represented the purchaser, Dr. Helen Zervas.
