Adnopoz and Morizio of Colliers International broker $1.75 million sale

The former EDART truck leasing facility has been purchased by Executive Landscaping for $1.75 million. 37 Nettleton Ave. is comprised of a 27,000 s/f building on a 6.73 acre lot bordering I-91, and offers visibility. The new owner will use the property for vehicle maintenance, repair and storage, and office space. Bob Adnopoz, SIOR and Nicholas Morizio, SIOR, CRE of Colliers International represented the seller, Third Generation I, LLC. In another transaction, Everything 2 Wheels, LLC leased a 6,580 s/f building at 230 South St., New Britain from Joseph Stagg III. Bill Zoephel of Colliers International represented the tenant and Morizio represented the landlord.
