Adams joins Goedecke & Co. LLC as senior associate
Goedecke & Co. LLC has added Kristin Adams as senior associate. Adams has 16 years of experience in commercial real estate including underwriting, asset management, leasing, and site selection. Prior to joining the team at Goedecke Adams held the position of senior underwriter at Investors Savings Bank in New York City. While at Investors Savings Bank, Adams was responsible for the underwriting of deals between $1 million and $35 million and the presentation of loan memoranda over $5 million to credit committee.
Prior to Investors Savings Bank, Adams held the positions of vice president-real estate finance at RBS Greenwich Capital and senior real estate analyst at Holiday Fenoglio Fowler, LP.
Adams earned a BS degree with a major in finance and a master of business administration, both from the University of Connecticut.
