A.W. Perry poised for build-to-suit commercial development and residential development projects

Hingham, MA According to A.W. Perry Inc., a relationship-driven real estate investment and services firm with offices in Boston and Hingham, its South Shore portfolio of flex, warehouse, and industrial properties within South Shore Park is at 100% occupancy. The company is currently working on redevelopment plans for other sites within its land within the South Shore portfolio to meet the growing demand from local, regional and national businesses.
