A.W. Perry appoints DeCoste senior vice president of residential development

Hingham MA According to A.W. Perry, Francis DeCoste has been appointed senior vice president of residential development for the company. In his role DeCoste will lead the full life cycle from permitting to sales for A.W. Perry residential land holdings and he will also explore and identify potential land acquisitions with a focus on Boston’s South Shore.

DeCoste has more than 35 years of experience in the real estate development industry. Prior to joining A.W. Perry, DeCoste served as the chief operating officer of TR Advisors, LLC a company focused on transit-oriented development projects and public private partnerships in Boston, Chicago, and other markets across the country.

At TR Advisors in partnership with A.W. Perry, DeCoste most recently lead a residential development project of 29 single family condominium units at Pine Hill Crossing in Bedford, Mass. Prior to his 14 years at TRA, DeCoste served as the chief executive officer/principal for Fox Properties/Bradford Development, a boutique luxury condominium development firm focused on the Greater Boston market.
