A&O Danner Companies completes 700 s/f build-out for New England Real Estate Journal

A&O Danner Companies has completed the design and renovation for 700 s/f in the Barron Building, 620 Mass. Ave. The office space will be occupied by the New England Real Estate Journal (NEREJ) and #hashtag, a start-up social media marketing company. "The new space in Cambridge is a strategic move for the Journal," said David Denelle, general manager. "We have not had office space in the city for 25 years. The Cambridge office offers us a central location to visit our clients and an amazing talent pool of workers, as we plan to strategically integrate social media and web services into our product offerings." "We couldn't have been happier with another contractor, said Dave Benedetti, founder of #hashtag. A & O Danner Cos. is one of the fastest growing general contractors in New England servicing all commercial, retail, residential, historical renovations, and health-care industries. Recent commercial projects include Jack Wills stores on Newbury St. and Nantucket and the W Hotel in Boston. Residential projects have been completed in the Back Bay and "The Gas Light District" in Charlestown.
