A.J. Martini and CBT Architects celebrate topping off of new 120-bed residence hall at Dean College
A.J. Martini, Inc., CBT Architects and staff and students from Dean College gathered recently to celebrate the topping off of Dean College's new residence hall. The placing of the final metal truss took place on August 16.
The new 120-bed residence hall located at 100 West Central St. on the Dean College campus will enrich the college experience of current students as well as for future generations.
"This new residence hall has been a rewarding project for all of us," said Peter Martini, chief executive officer of A.J. Martini. "Teaming with CBT and Dean College we feel we've created tremendous value for the college with a cost efficient facility that will really enhance student life on campus."
The project is due to be completed by December of 2012.
