A. I discovered the NEREJ in 1981. I have subscribed since then.
Q. Your most memorable or favorite "15 minutes of fame" in the NEREJ
A. Probably my first notable deal which was the sale of 955 Mass. Ave. in Cambridge back in, I believe, 1983. It was exciting to see your deal on the front page.

Long-term interest rates have fallen by 100 basis points, and the market is normalizing. In December of 2022 I wrote an article about investing in a high interest rate, high inflation market. Since then, inflation has cooled off, and the Fed has begun lowering their funds rate.
