A. I have been a subscriber for 11+ years and have run numerous ad to help promote our listings.

A. Early 1980s, owned and operated a food manufacturing facility, bought and sold real estate, part time.
Q. Your most memorable or favorite "15 minutes of fame" in the NEREJ.
A. Working with Karen Dowell (SUPERIOR SERVICE) on my largest sale to date, $20 million transaction; two excellent retail sites and one medical office building with high exposure on Rte. 53 Hanover, Mass.

Long-term interest rates have fallen by 100 basis points, and the market is normalizing. In December of 2022 I wrote an article about investing in a high interest rate, high inflation market. Since then, inflation has cooled off, and the Fed has begun lowering their funds rate.
