What year did you discover the New England Real Estate Journal and what business were you doing at that time? April 1963. I was sent from NYC to open the Julien J. Studley Boston office I received my first call from Roland Hopkins less than 3 months later. I had no idea how he found me since I had moved into a very small sales office at 10 Post Office Sq. and my phone number had been listed for less than a month.
In what way has the New England Real Estate Journal been a benefit to you and your business? Roland hounded me for ads and I pushed him for publicity. This approach worked well for both of our operations
How long have you been affiliated with the commercial real estate industry? I have been affiliated with the commercial real estate industry for 52 years. I worked for Julien J. Studley from 1962 to 1991. I opened Davis and diMarco in 1993.
