I first discovered the NEREJ in 1981 when I entered the real estate business with Coldwell Banker in Boston. That makes 32 years in the business. The Journal has benefitted me in many ways since it is chock full of information regarding commercial real estate from deals that have been consummated to financing to management to trends and predictions.
