For two years+ in the early 1990s, after leaving Charles Real Estate and while starting my own business, I was hired by Kennedy Wilson to represent and sell their portfolio of auction properties in Mass., R.I and Conn. Wluka Real Estate has successfully experienced many economic cycles in real estate ... Let' s hope prosperity is here to stay.

Long-term interest rates have fallen by 100 basis points, and the market is normalizing. In December of 2022 I wrote an article about investing in a high interest rate, high inflation market. Since then, inflation has cooled off, and the Fed has begun lowering their funds rate.
