What year did you discover the New England Real Estate Journal and what business were you doing at that time? When I was visiting my father at the office around age ten. He threw an edition in my lap and said read it, you might learn something. I read it and did learn something so whenever I stopped in after that I looked for the latest edition and read it while I waited for him
In what way has the New England Real Estate Journal been a benefit to you and your business? It is informative as to activity in the New England marketplace and a good venue to advertise properties particularly those deserving regional exposure.
How long have you been affiliated with the commercial real estate industry? I started measuring and looking at properties with my Dad at around 5 or 6 years old. He would inevitably have something to look at on Saturdays which we often did before or after my hockey games. I started in the management aspect of the business in high school working on maintenance crews. I started in the brokerage business in late 1989 and what a great learning experience 1990 - 1995 was.
