274 Riverside Ave. receives Office Bldg. of the Year Award

Managed by Albert B. Ashforth, Inc. - Management Services, 274 Riverside Ave., located in Westport, was honored with a prestigious TOBY (The Office Building of the Year) award by Southern Connecticut Chapter of the Building Owner & Managers Association (BOMA). The award was given in the category that includes buildings under 100,000 s/f in size. The TOBY is awarded on the basis of building management staffing, tenant services, amenities, community involvement and building presentation. 274 Riverside Ave. is a 48,000 s/f, class A commercial office facility situated along the Saugatuck River.
