What has been the driving force behind your success in the AEC industry? Success is not achieved by one person but accomplished by a great team. I strive to be a strong leader who works to inspire and empower each member of my team. I embrace their unique strengths and abilities. Employees who are heard and appreciated are happier and more productive. My team values, respects, and trusts one another and this is what drives our success.

Who or what inspired you to join the AEC industry? I have always been fascinated by the extraordinary detail featured on historic maps. The precision with which they were drawn is remarkable considering the measuring and drafting tools available at the time. From UAV photogrammetry to laser scanning, GPS to robotic total stations, the catalogue of advanced measuring equipment we use today allows us to create mapping on an advanced level. I am inspired each day working on projects that allow me to utilize these tools.  We create base plans that are then manipulated into meticulous design plans via CAD.  The resulting land development has the potential to bring about positive change for local communities.
