What has been the driving force behind your success in the AEC industry? Being a part of the Human Resources department provides me with a unique understanding of the many different roles that contribute to the success of a construction project or job. From skilled laborers to project managers, every member plays an important part in our team and on our sites.

Finding the right individuals who possess the necessary skills, experience, and cultural fit is not just a task; it’s crucial to our business. Finding the right people for the right seats to ensure the overall success of the business is ultimately what drives me.

What are your goals for the future? I feel fortunate to be part of a company that stands on such a strong foundation and is continuously advancing. My intention is to always be learning about the industry, while helping to emphasize the importance of a great company culture. In doing so, I believe The Procopio Companies can create an environment that prioritizes collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity, while also giving our team the confidence to contribute their best each and every day.
