What has been the driving force behind your success in the AEC industry?

Growing up with a successful mother in insurance/investment sales and a father in the plumbing business had a way of crafting my interests and pointing me towards sales and business development. Perseverance, integrity, willingness to help others and follow up are the basic principles of why my relationships have only deepened with time. I have found it is important to be part of a company and organization that shares similar values. It truly, has always amazed me to see how projects come to life similar to great works of art.
